Here’s the complete process to enroll in any Monash University course:-

First, students have to choose a specific course in which they want to enroll for higher education. There are more than 100+ UG and PG courses available for students to choose their study area. 
Next the registration process. At the time of registration, the student has to upload all the essential documents/transcripts required for the course. The university will demand educational documents such as senior secondary school certificates, English proficiency test results, passport copies, etc 
When the student uploads all the documents, the university will evaluate the application. If you're eligible for the course, you will get an acceptance letter or conditional letter from the university before funding the course.
This step is followed by the GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) assessment including the financial statement.

5 Once the GTE has cleared. The students get an unconditional letter from the university and they can deposit the course fee to secure a seat in the university.

Next, If all the above steps are done, the university will send a Confirmation of a Place (COP) and Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS) letters.
The final step is the visa process for study abroad. It requires proof of deposit fee, Confirmation of a Place (COP) letter, and Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS) for Visa.
